The Professional Bondsmen of Texas is the principal advocate and leadership organization for the bail bond industry in Texas and is proudly celebrating years of dedication to making the Texas Bail Bond Industry the best it can be. The 55th Annual convention brings together bail bond professionals and suppliers from all aspects of the bail bond industry. Without the support of our members and surety and industry partners, PBT could not offer outstanding programs and events.

The highlight of the convention is our annual dinner and live auction on Thursday, November 6. We urge everyone to bring an item for the auction and, of course, stay and bid! The Convention Committee is planning "The Roaring 20's" event with complimentary margaritas, and ample time to view the donated items before dinner is served. We will also be having a costume Contest where you dress up like the Roaring 20's. We will have prizes for the costume contest for best Couple, Best Guy and Best Gal. The winner will be announced just before the Auction.

Attending the annual meeting will also satisfy your education requirements because the convention has been approved by the State Bar of Texas for 8.0 hours of continuing education meeting the Bail Bond Surety Licensure requirements outlined in Section 1704.152 of the Texas Occupations Code. Attendees who complete the 8 hours course will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Professional Bondsmen of Texas and from our sponsor, Sam Houston State University.
